It’s the summer of 1963, and 17 year-old Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman is about to learn some major lessons in life as well as a thing or two about dancing. On holiday in New York’s Catskill Mountains with her older sister and parents, she shows little interest in the resort activities. Instead discovers her own entertainment when she stumbles across an all-night dance party at the staff quarters. Mesmerised by the raunchy dance moves and the pounding rhythms, Baby can’t wait to be part of the scene, especially when she catches sight of Johnny Castle the resort dance instructor. Baby’s life is about to change forever as she is thrown in at the deep end, not only as Johnny’s leading lady both on-stage and off. Two fiercely independent young spirits from different worlds come together in what will be the most challenging and triumphant summer of their lives.

Storm are pleased to be providing Lighting & Rigging equipment for the current UK tour of Titanic the Musical, with Lighting Design by Howard Hudson this show tells of the final hours of the maiden voyage of RMS Titanic. A truly spectacular show, be sure to catch this show sailing to a venue near you.
In the final hours of 14th April 1912 the RMS Titanic, on her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York, collided with an iceberg and ‘the unsinkable ship’ slowly sank. It was one of the most tragic disasters of the 20th Century. 1517 men, women and children lost their lives.
Based on real people aboard the most legendary ship in the world, Titanic The Musical is a stunning and stirring production focusing on the hopes, dreams and aspirations of her passengers who each boarded with stories and personal ambitions of their own. All innocently unaware of the fate awaiting them, the Third Class immigrants dream of a better life in America, the Second Class imagine they too can join the lifestyles of the rich and famous, whilst the millionaire Barons of the First Class anticipate legacies lasting forever.
With music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and a book by Peter Stone (Woman of the Year and 1776), the pair have collectively won an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, an Olivier Award and three Tony awards. The original Broadway production of Titanic The Musical won five Tony Awards including Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book. This brilliant new production direct from London won sweeping critical acclaim across the board.
“A feast of remarkable theatricality – this totally enveloping, completely thrilling production gave one a chance to experience the kind of masterly theatre that has been absent in Birmingham for far too long.” - Birmingham Post

About The Show
The Hoff, plays Ross, a hilarious hedonist. He’s Ibiza’s top 80’s DJ who doesn’t realize a new decade has dawned, disco is out, a new club scene is in.
He tries to keep up with the times and with Mandy, his new younger girl-friend (Kim Tiddy, from ‘The BillHollyoaks’), but matters are complicated when his teenage daughter Penny (Stephanie Webber From TV’s ‘The Voice’) arrives to stay. Father and daughter haven’t seen each other for three years, since a messy divorce. No longer a demure school girl, but a wild child who quickly falls for Rik, the holiday rep (Shane Richie Junior).
It’s the story of two generations colliding, as a badly behaved parent, tries to control a wild child teenager! This hilarious hit fest is also a touching father and daughter drama, set against the holiday island background of Ibiza!
